Salesforce Senior Business Analyst

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst / Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce implementations, Agile methodologies, and business analysis. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and functional flow, and the ability to translate business objectives into technology solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Business Analysis and Administration: Understand business needs and implement solutions that address using Salesforce. Understand Salesforce blueprints, data structures, system integrations, custom features, security measures, and user experience
• Requirements Gathering: Facilitate requirements gathering, documenting detailed functional, technical, reporting, and data requirements. Create and maintain documentation of key project artifacts, processes, system functionality/tools, and user stories using Agile Scrum methodologies
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. Act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, clearly communicating needs, aligning expectations, and guiding development teams on delivery priorities
• System Integration: Orchestrate the integration of Salesforce with various external systems such as ERPs, CRMs, marketing automation platforms, and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and business process continuity
• User Training and Adoption: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure proper usage and adoption of Salesforce solutions. Provide ongoing support and guidance to users
• Create reports and dashboards for teams and individuals to drive visibility and usage of Salesforce
• Manage Custom configurations and setup to support custom application built using LWC framework.

REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience: Over 10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and User Story elaboration in Agile and waterfall models. At least 8 years of experience as a business analyst role and gathering requirements for custom applications on Salesforce Lightning Cloud Platform.
• Salesforce Expertise: Extensive experience as business analyst and solution architect in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and third-party app implementation and integration.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, Apex Programming, Flows, LWC, SOQL, and data migrations.
• Project Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives, managing multi-vendor environments, and delivering high-impact CRM solutions on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable terms
• Hands on experience in updating Meta data and data import/export
• Good experience in Sales Cloud, SOQL
• Excel VLOOKUP skills
• Experience in data quality management in a Salesforce environment
• Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering and user story development
• Experience in requirement gathering and illustration using tools like Figma
