Your Role

As a Tower Foreman, you set the standard in the field. You guide crews, solve problems in real time, and ensure every site is completed safely, efficiently, and to CTS quality expectations.

• Lead daily work plans and field execution
• Perform complex installations including antennas, mounts, coax, fiber, and radios
• Mentor technicians and support skill development
• Maintain a jobsite culture focused on safety and accountability
• Review drawings and scope before and during work
• Communicate progress and challenges with project leadership
• Complete all required testing for all carriers

• Crews work efficiently and return home safe every day
• Work meets or exceeds customer and CTS standards
• Technicians grow under your leadership
• Projects stay on track through strong communication

Qualifications

Required:

• 5 years of hands-on tower or wireless construction experience
• Proven ability to lead crews in active field environments
• Comfortable working at heights of 150 feet
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

• OSHA 30
• CPR / First Aid / NWSA
• Experience with multiple carriers
