Your Role
As a Tower Foreman, you set the standard in the field. You guide crews, solve problems in real time, and ensure every site is completed safely, efficiently, and to CTS quality expectations.
- Lead daily work plans and field execution
- Perform complex installations including antennas, mounts, coax, fiber, and radios
- Mentor technicians and support skill development
- Maintain a jobsite culture focused on safety and accountability
- Review drawings and scope before and during work
- Communicate progress and challenges with project leadership
- Complete all required testing for all carriers

- Crews work efficiently and return home safe every day
- Work meets or exceeds customer and CTS standards
- Technicians grow under your leadership
- Projects stay on track through strong communication
Qualifications
Required:
- 5 years of hands-on tower or wireless construction experience
- Proven ability to lead crews in active field environments
- Comfortable working at heights of 150 feet
- Strong understanding of jobsite safety
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- OSHA 30
- CPR / First Aid / NWSA
- Experience with multiple carriers
