What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fabricator position at Construction Resources?
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
This position will be responsible for the proper fabrication and installation of various stone and solid countertops.
Essential Functions
- Fabricate and installation of stone and solid counter tops
- Loads and logs materials onto truck and documents returned materials
- Able to read templates as per job specifications
- Drill and install all hardware accurately as per job specifications
- Attach all necessary hardware correctly as per job specifications
- Install bath accessories, stone surfaces as per job specifications
- Maintain a well-organized, clean and safe work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management in support of initiatives
Competencies/Skills/Abilities
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to multi-task and work within specified timeframes
- Ability to work in a fast paced, self-directed environment
- Current Forklift certification required
- Ability to problem-solve a plus
- Previous work experience in the construction or distribution industry a plus
