The Installer, Appliance is responsible for delivering and installing kitchen and laundry appliances. This position will provide superior service in retail customers' homes.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Proficient with the installation of high-end brand products and appliances such as Sub-Zero/Wolf, Viking, Dacor, Thermador, Miele, Bosch, and Jenn-Air.
- Ability to effectively communicate, both inside and outside of the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residential accounts.
- Maintain truck and inventory in good order.
- Inspect appliance components to ensure working properly.
- Competent in filling out daily reports and reconciling parts orders and service calls.
- Complete billing and invoicing paperwork.
- Lift and move heavy appliances in a safe manner.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 3 years' experience installing high-end brand products and appliances.
- Proficiency with various hand tools.
- 1 to 3 years' refrigeration experience.
- Clean driving record required.
