Duties

• Install various appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and ovens according to manufacturer specifications and schematics.
• Conduct equipment troubleshooting to diagnose issues and perform repairs or adjustments as needed.
• Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment safely and effectively during installations and repairs.
• Read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and installation instructions to ensure precise setup.
• Perform maintenance tasks on appliances and related systems to ensure ongoing functionality.
• Operate company vehicles—including box trucks—responsibly for delivery and service calls.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction during each visit.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance repair, installation, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with schematics, electrical work, plumbing connections, refrigeration systems, HVAC components, and assembly processes.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other field service equipment safely.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately for proper installation procedures.
• Experience operating company vehicles such as box trucks or similar delivery vehicles responsibly.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and professionalism.
• Background in maintenance, repair & operations (MRO), electrical experience, or service technician roles is highly valued.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
