The Sales Coordinator is a critical, high-demand role responsible for supporting equipment sales operations in a fast-paced environment. This position requires the ability to independently manage a high volume of tasks, determine priorities, and stay organized to ensure deadlines are met and processes continue to move forward. The Sales Coordinator works across departments and receives direction from multiple sources, including the leadership team, requiring strong judgment, organization, and the ability to operate with minimal oversight. This role serves as a central point of coordination between sales, service, manufacturers, and leadership, ensuring that all documentation, tracking, and reporting is completed accurately and on time.
Essential Functions:
This is largely a sedentary role, requiring use of typical office equipment such as a computer, laptop and cell phone. Most work is completed in an office environment. This position will require walking, standing, bending and occasionally lifting up to 25lbs.

Essential Functions:
- Ensure all purchase orders are properly processed, accurately and kept up-to-date daily.
- Track new equipment from factory to ensure delivery is met.
- Receive equipment and give a CMI unit ID number.
- Enter all estimated cost, including freight, work orders, etc. on sold equipment into the Flyntlok system.
- Coding and posting manufacturer invoices against PO’s, reconciliation any differences.
- Keep sold equipment spreadsheet accurate and current.
- Report to manufacturers the status of all units.
- Keep all sales manuals updated and current.
- Responsible for equipment scan files being complete and current.
- Maintaining accurate and current Equipment allocation reporting to sales and executive team.
- Work with the warranty department to ensure that all machines are registered with the manufacturer.
- Work with the sales department to ensure sales packets and required manufacturer forms are completely and accurately filled out and signed by customers.
- Train sales department when new requirements are required by manufacturers.
- Maintain spreadsheet and track any manufacturer discount programs.
