- Process quotes and orders for assigned customers
- Process Quote Requests and Orders in a timely fashion
- Ensure all emergency orders are processed immediately upon being received.
- Handle all phone calls quickly and efficiently
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Customer satisfaction is essential.
- Assist the warehouse personnel to ensure freight charges are accurately billed to the customer.
- Assist with returns and stock orders whenever needed.
- Assist with shipping and receiving
- Assist as needed with Parts Warranty and core returns
- Order priority board and shop parts orders.
- The service department is given priority for parts research and ordering
- Participate in training with Vendors and other CMI education programs.
- Help with annual Inventory.
- Other duties as assigned

- High School Diploma
- Two years of experience with automotive or construction and mining parts sales a plus.
- Experience with parts lookup and sales a must.
