Low Voltage Superintendent

Faith Technologies is seeking a Low Voltage Superintendent to lead installation and commissioning of low voltage electrical systems on commercial and industrial projects. In this role, you will supervise field crews, coordinate schedules, review plans, ensure code compliance, and uphold Faith's safety-first culture. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and customers to deliver integrated design-build solutions on time and within budget. Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor low voltage field crews on commercial and industrial job sites.
• Plan and coordinate daily work, materials, tools, and equipment to meet project schedules.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and submittals for low voltage systems.
• Ensure installations meet NEC, local codes, and company quality standards.
• Lead and enforce safety programs, job hazard analyses, and OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and customers to resolve field issues.
• Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of low voltage systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for timely delivery and installation.
• Document project progress, changes, and as-built information.
• Support training and development of apprentices and technicians.
