Construction Supervisor

In this field-based role, you'll coordinate crews, manage jobsite safety, and ensure high-quality installation of energy-efficient roofing systems. You'll review plans, inspect work, resolve issues, and serve as the primary on-site contact for homeowners. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day residential roofing and exterior remodeling jobsite operations
• Coordinate and supervise installation crews and subcontractors for safety and productivity
• Review project plans, scopes, and materials to ensure accurate installation
• Conduct quality inspections throughout projects and at completion
• Serve as on-site point of contact for homeowners, addressing questions and concerns
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards, conducting toolbox talks as needed
• Schedule labor, materials deliveries, and equipment to meet project timelines
• Document project progress, changes, and issues for internal reporting
• Collaborate with sales, production, and customer service teams to resolve field issues
• Train and mentor crew members on installation best practices and company standards
