- Lead design, programming, and maintenance of PLC and control systems for manufacturing lines
- Develop, configure, and support HMI/SCADA interfaces for operators and maintenance teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex controls, electrical, and automation issues to minimize downtime
- Standardize controls hardware, software, and documentation across equipment and facilities
- Lead automation projects, including new equipment installations and upgrades
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations to improve safety, throughput, and quality
- Implement and support preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for controls systems
- Ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards and promote safe work practices
- Train, mentor, and provide technical guidance to technicians and operators
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in controls and automation.
