POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEANER (Queens - JFK Airport)
Starting Pay: $48.88/hr. (Temporary Assignment - Approximately 2–3 Months)
Shifts: 8–12 Hour Shifts (Flexible Schedule Including Nights & Weekends - Overtime After 40 Hours)
JOB DUTIES:
- Perform post-construction cleaning of airport facilities and work areas.
- Complete general cleaning, dusting, and debris removal.
- Sanitize surfaces and maintain high-traffic areas.
- Vacuum carpets and perform specialized floor maintenance.
- Ensure assigned areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
- Manage time effectively to meet construction project deadlines.
- Follow all site safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Ability to perform detailed cleaning in a construction environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
