Construction Project Manager

Constellation Search Group is looking for a Project Manager for a full-time direct hire position. This role requires overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet high standards. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain accurate project schedules and communicate progress to all stakeholders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to meet project requirements.
• Prepare and manage project documentation such as submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
• Oversee project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment allocation.
• Ensure quality control, production tracking, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Proactively manage project budget and billing processes.
• Cultivate and strengthen business relationships essential to project success.
• Maintain knowledge of the company's Mission Statement, Vision Statement, and Core Values.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in building exterior restoration, waterproofing, and parking deck rehabilitation.
• A two-year degree in Construction Management or related field experience is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore.
• Ability to read project plans and specifications.
• Physical ability to work in various conditions and perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and balancing.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
• Authorization to work in the USA.
