Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearJob description: Senior Project Manager – DHS ProgramsConstellation is seeking a Senior Project Manager – DHS Programs to oversee high-priority initiatives from start to finish, ensuring precision, timeliness, and alignment with overall program goals. This role is responsible for managing complex taskings, deliverables, and escalations while aligning project direction across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management discipline with the delivery and compliance standards required in a federal contracting environment. As a senior leader, you will oversee critical taskings and serve as the bridge between executive strategy and day-to-day execution.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Delivery: Own the complete project lifecycle—from initiation and planning through successful execution. Establish priorities, maintain detailed project schedules, and ensure milestones and workflows are completed on time.Project Monitoring & Oversight: Continuously assess project performance and health. Serve as the final quality checkpoint for deliverables, ensuring compliance with internal standards and contractual requirements.Team Leadership & Development: Lead cross-functional teams to drive strong performance. Provide clear guidance, coach team members on best practices, and conduct performance evaluations to support successful outcomes.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders and internal partners to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and manage complex project challenges.Federal Compliance & Alignment: Ensure all project activities, documentation, and processes align with federal requirements and program objectives.
