Job Description Summary

This role will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support necessary to ensure efficiency throughout the Sales & Business Development Department. Will ensure the coordination of the paper flow from teams in the group, scheduling, and date entry of clinical documentation. May also support the Intake Department to ensure timely receipt and entry of referral information and communication with the referral source, patient or point of contact for the patient. In the absence of or to support the Sales team, maybe asked to make contact with referring accounts as field support.

  • Trella Integration & Maintenance Support
  • Will perform other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Hearing and speaking ability required to communicate on the telephone and in person.
  • Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds and in emergency situations handle a patient’s full body weight.
  • Vision is necessary for entering data.
  • Reaching is required for paper management.
  • Manual dexterity is required for operating the iPad, photocopier, and telephone.
  • Mobility is required to access patient’s home.
  • Must be able to drive to and from the office to patient homes and inter office travel.
  • Must be able to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner.
  • Must be able to function independently and have personal integrity.

PSYCHOLOGICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • An ability to recognize tasks to be done and perform them independently.
  • An ability to establish a responsible and trustworthy rapport with staff by:
  • Being punctual and providing proper notification and advance notice for absence and tardiness.
  • Following through on tasks assigned.
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing work schedules.
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints.

INTELLECTUAL REQUIREMENTS

  • An ability to learn all Constellation Health Services policies and procedures.
  • Judgment skills in processing telephone calls.
  • Organizational skills necessary to establish priority of tasks and meet deadlines.
  • An ability to operate all aspects of the iPad, photocopier, and telephone.
  • An ability to understand and follow instructions provided by the supervisor both in written and oral formats.
  • An ability to read, write and type.

Qualification Requirements

High School degree 2-3 years previous sales experience in a healthcare environment. Colleague degree in communications, marketing or equivalent preferred. Medical terminology knowledge and ability to research new terms. Computer experience includes proven ability to learn scheduling in a computerized system. Previous experience with excel and word. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks, work at a fast pace with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills.

Salary : $24 - $28
