We’re looking for dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients receiving Hospice or Homecare services. Whether you’re experienced or new to these specialties, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on care to patients, ensuring comfort and dignity
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, etc.)
- Monitor and report vital signs or patient changes to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation using EMR/EHR systems
- Work closely with healthcare team members to deliver exceptional, holistic care
What You’ll Need
- Active CNA license in the State of Connecticut
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A caring, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
- Experience in Home Health or Hospice preferred (training available)

Qualifications:
- Must have successfully completed the CNA training and competency evaluation program approved by the state.
- CNA License must be active and in good standing.
- Must have a current driver's license and be willing to drive within an assigned territory.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- At least one year of experience and hospice and/or home health experience is strongly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of iOs operating system
