Starting pay rate is $38.54/hr. (non-negotiable)

Primary Purpose of Position

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

• Under directive supervision of a supervisor or skilled employee, may perform anyone or more of several types of semi-skilled work, of a more complicated nature than that performed by a Custodian.
• Performs work, utility in nature. This includes, but not limited to, the following: scaffold fabrication, assist Utility Technicians in general building maintenance and construction, insulation fabrication and removal.
• Operate hand tools and power tools under directive supervision.
• May perform incidental clerical and other related or less skilled work as directed.
Must be willing to work under unusual or special working conditions and surrounding, climbing ladders, and working at heights in order to erect scaffolding.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
• Willing and available to work overtime when required
