What you'll be doing:
- Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams.
- Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service.
- Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner.
- Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees.
Must-haves:
- 3 years management experience in restaurant/hotel operation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively, independently, and efficiently with time constraints.
- Detail oriented and perform work accurately and timely.
- Proficient computer skills necessary including Microsoft Office.
- Able to work a flexible schedule in order to accommodate business levels (weekend and holiday availability required).
- Financial management cost controls, food and labor cost management experience.
- Advanced wine and spirits knowledge.
- Prior event experience.
