The Director of Strategic and Global Accounts will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our most valuable and complex multinational clients. This position acts as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and driving global revenue growth through cross-regional strategy and innovation.
What you'll be doing:
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute multi-year global account strategies aligned with both company growth objectives and client business goals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep, consultative relationships with executive-level contacts (CEO, CFO, CPO) across various global regions.
- Revenue Growth: Drive profitable growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, managing high-value contract renewals, and leading complex negotiations ranging from hundreds of thousands to tens of millions of dollars.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate internal teams—including sales, product, R&D, supply chain, and finance—to deliver tailored, seamless solutions to global customers.
- Market Insight: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and global market dynamics to stay ahead of client needs and propose proactive solutions.
- Performance Tracking: Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs), forecast global revenue, and provide regular progress reports to senior leadership
- What We are Looking For:
- 7–10 years of experience in senior account management, global sales strategy, or business development, specifically within Hospitality / Food Service
- Skills:
- Expertise in complex negotiation and value-based selling.
- Ability to manage multi-regional teams and navigate diverse cultural market nuances.
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable commercial strategies.
