Responsibilities:
- Research and knowledge of company functions and capabilities
- Maintaining standard understanding of the basic functions and duties of construction flaggers and traffic controllers
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Brainstorming with the business development team to create new project strategies
- Managing company and client expectations
- Managing relationships with current and prospective clients using email, phones, as well as arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations.
- Finding and following new sales leads
- Attending networking events and company functions, sometimes outside of normal business hours
- Supporting the needs of crews in the field
- Perform administrative functions
Business Development Requirements and Qualifications:
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Uphold strong company values and ethics towards confidentiality
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email
Required:
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with clean driving record (NO DUI's or excessive points)
- All candidates must be able to pass a standard criminal background check and work verification check as well as a standard 10 panel drug screen and fit for duty physical

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
