Consonus Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy specializing in the needs of nursing facilities, assisted living residents, and their caregivers. We are currently hiring a Pharmacy Nurse Consultant Manager to join our team!
Simply put, the Pharmacy Nurse Consultant Manager (RN) will lead our Nurse Consultant team and drive high-quality, compliant clinical services across partner communities.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Lead, coach, and develop Nurse Consultants
- Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical quality
- Standardize process and drive program improvements
- Build strong client partnerships and support service excellence
- Maintain a small portfolio of facilities
- Travel as needed
