Consonus Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy specializing in the needs of Nursing Home patients and their caregivers. This unique and challenging sub-set of the Pharmacy practice requires a goal oriented, productive, and hard-working technician that can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Consonus Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy specializing in the needs of Nursing Home patients and their caregivers. This unique and challenging sub-set of the Pharmacy practice requires a goal oriented, productive, and hard-working technician that can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
As the Order Entry Technician your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Accurately and efficiently enter new or refill orders
- Handle incoming fax and telephone communication
- Deliver outstanding customer service and patient care
- Properly handle order exceptions such as refill to soon, invalid orders, etc.
- Resolve common pharmacy problems quickly and efficiently
- Communicate effectively to leadership and to peers

- Current Pharmacy Technician license in appropriate state
