This role serves as a key point of contact for investor communications, account maintenance, and system updates across Texas Methodist Foundation (TMF) and Wesleyan Impact Partners (WI) product lines.

The Investment Department Administrative Assistant provides essential operational and administrative support to ensure efficient daily functions of the investment team. This role serves as a key point of contact for investor communications, account maintenance, and system updates across Texas Methodist Foundation (TMF) and Wesleyan Impact Partners (WI) product lines.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the phone team by handling inbound calls for both TMF and WI lines with professionalism and accuracy
- Assist with investor statements, including preparation and support on mailing days
- Process and mail TMF and WI renewal notices to investors
- Respond to online inquiries for both TMF and WI product lines
- Maintain and update the online portal registry for TMF and WI accounts
- Complete SF entries and perform SF updates on a daily basis, including Account Profile Change forms
- Process Account Profile change forms in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare and distribute WI maturity letters
- Assist with Investment Team Pipeline Management activities
- Enter and maintain account-level data within iPhi and Jack Henry systems
Required Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with financial systems, databases, and standard office software
- Experience supporting investment, financial services, or operations teams preferred
- Strong mathematical skills
