Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including background and reference checks
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (HRIS)
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and files
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Assist with training, projects, and employee initiatives
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
