Job Details
Description
Distribution Center General Manager (Automated Greenfield Facility)
This role will start in Tigard, OR and transition to our new Woodland, WA distribution center upon its opening around October 2026.
About Us
We take pride in doing ordinary things extraordinarily well.
Consolidated Supply Co. is a fifth-generation, family-owned business that has been serving the Pacific Northwest for nearly a century. What started in Portland, Oregon has grown into a multi-state organization with 22 branch locations and over 500 employees.
We serve professional plumbers, utility contractors, excavators, and municipalities with high-quality plumbing, water works, and hydronics products. Our reputation is built on strong relationships, reliable service, and a deep commitment to the communities we serve.
Today, we are investing in the future of our company through a transformation of our supply chain, anchored by the launch of a new, highly automated, greenfield distribution center (DC). This next-generation facility is designed to improve how product flows across our network, leveraging advanced automation including ASRS, high-speed sortation, and a Tier 1 WMS to drive speed, accuracy, and scalability.
This investment strengthens inventory availability, improves service reliability, and creates a more connected, system-directed operation that better supports our customers and branches. It also introduces new tools, technology, and ways of working that expand opportunities for our team members and support their long-term career growth.
As we build this future state, we are focused on creating a stronger, more resilient supply chain that allows us to continue investing in our team members, enhancing the service we provide, and supporting the communities we serve for decades to come.
Position Summary
This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a greenfield automated facility from the ground up, establishing processes, building a high-performing team, and driving operational excellence in a highly automated environment.
The DC General Manager oversees all warehouse operations, including automation systems (AS/RS, conveyors, WMS), inventory, replenishment, and outbound fulfillment, with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and performance. This role partners closely with Corporate Operations, Purchasing, IT, Accounting, and HR & Training and Development to align on company-wide objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Consolidated Supply Co. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (M/F/Disability/Protected Veteran Status).
