Corporate Pricing Manager:
Consolidated Supply Co. is a family owned and operated wholesale distribution company serving the Pacific Northwest since 1928. We are looking for a Corporate Pricing Manager to support our branches throughout Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.
Position Description:
The Corporate Pricing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining pricing strategies that support company objectives and drive profitability across all branches. This role works closely with branch managers, purchasing, sales, and operations teams to ensure consistent pricing practices, margin optimization, and competitive positioning in the marketplace. Key responsibilities include overseeing pricing systems, conducting freight and margin analysis, training staff on pricing procedures and branch business operations, and ensuring data accuracy within the company’s ERP system.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
- Epicor Solar Eclipse (ERP) experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and influence others across multiple departments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in pricing, operations, or margin management within a wholesale or distribution environment.
- Experience in the plumbing, mechanical, or waterworks industries preferred.
- Prior experience mentoring or supervising support staff preferred.
- Experience with pricing systems and freight analysis required.
Position Requirements:
The position requires regular travel (up to 50% of the time) to branch locations for training, audits, and operational support. Occasional extended hours may be necessary to meet project or operational deadlines. Work is performed in both office and distribution environments.
