Role:
Consolidated Sterilizer Systems is looking for an Application Project Coordinator who will be responsible for pre-sale technical consultation and post-sale project management. He / she will interact with our customers, sales representatives, architects, general contractors, engineers and operations teams. Successful candidates will have outstanding organizational and time management skills, excellent interpersonal and communications skills, strong technical problem-solving abilities, and excellent project management skills.
Responsibilities:
Field sales technical and application support:
Provide sales representatives and customers technical support during pre-sale activities to assist in the proper selection, configuration and application of CSS products and services.
Review all incoming Sales Orders for accuracy, completeness of information and feasibility of construction; correct and modify Sales Orders as needed.
Provide primary technical & application support to inside and outside sales reps, as well as customers, throughout all stages of the sales cycle.
Create facility layouts, equipment cutsheets, and CAD blocks as need to support customers.
Project management:
Track orders from receipt of PO to the start of production to ensure that orders are processed in a timely fashion and meet all customer and CSS requirements.
Manage projects with sales staff, engineering, manufacturing and service to ensure a smooth process and successful outcome.
Collaborate with CSS R&D department to resolve issues and questions as needed.
On rare occasions, travel to customer locations to support end-user and Service technicians to resolve equipment issues.
Key Requirements:
3 years of professional experience, preferably with a capital equipment manufacturer
Ability to manage multiple projects with outstanding organizational and time management skills
Proven track record of driving projects to completion with sense of urgency while engaging all stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly
Strong interpersonal skills; collaborative team player and relationship builder
Self-starter with a flexible, hands-on approach and willingness to support cross-functional initiatives
Ability to read, interpret, and effectively communicate technical specifications
Ability to work onsite at our Billerica, MA office
Preferred Qualifications (a plus)
Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or project management-related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
Experience in new construction or capital equipment project management
Experience with 2D and/or 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
