Job Title: Product Specialist
Wage Range: Base Salary Commission
Reports to: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
Product Specialist will contact perspective customers through leads and direct calls while developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers with the goal to sell agricultural equipment and attachments to end users.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
(Other duties may be assigned):
- Identifies prospective and current customers through company provided contact lists.
- Builds and maintains relationships with prospective and current customers.
- Recommends products to customers, based on customer’s specific needs.
- Answers questions about products, prices, durability, and credit terms.
- Provides quotes, prepares, and submits orders.
- Maintains product knowledge on current products.
- Obtain proper payment information needed by the finance department to collect payments on sales with terms approved by management.
- Communicate with customers on delivery, financial obligation and follow up calls.
- Maintain proper information on all leads and customers in current CRM system.
- Responsible for handling other sales team members customers with the same level of professionalism as your own customers including nights and weekends rotation.
- 80 - 100 calls per day
- Actively participates in a variety of sales and professional development training.
- Maintains an exceptional brand standard while following the company mission.

Education and/or Experience:
- A business degree is required in marketing or equivalent experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong communications and interpersonal capabilities
- Smart and exceptional organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Integrity that is above reproach
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
