Job Description

All-Phase Electric Supply is an Electrical Wholesale Distributor in Traverse City Michigan. Our location specializes in delivering materials to job sites and our customers’ shops. We are looking for a Part-time Delivery Driver / Warehouse Team Member to help grow our delivery capabilities. The Delivery Driver / Warehouse Team Member wave the company flag at all times. The Delivery Driver / Warehouse Team Member serve as the enthusiastic face of the company and interacts with the entire customer base on a regular basis. Successful Delivery Driver / Warehouse Team Members understand that timely and accurate deliveries are crucial to supporting customers, and the individuals who truly excel strive to meet the customers’ expectations through effective communication. If you are a hard worker who is comfortable working both as part of a team as well as individually, and genuinely loves pleasing customers, the Delivery Driver / Warehouse Team Member role awaits. This position has advancement opportunities into other areas of the business as well as the opportunity to work into a Full-Time position. In addition to driving a company vehicle for deliveries, you will help receive material in, stock shelves, pick and package orders, and help with general housekeeping.

Experience

Warehouse Experience 1 year (preferred)

Forklift 1 year (preferred)

Job Responsibilities

Deliver the correct materials to the correct job sites/customer shops using a company vehicle

Accurately complete the driver manifest to track delivery times

Operate a forklift and pallet jack to load and unload material

Follow written and verbal instructions

Communicate with sales team/warehouse team for scheduling deliveries

Act as warehouse support by receiving material, loading and unloading vans/trucks, documenting and tracking job storage projects, and picking/packaging customer orders

Contribute to the house-keeping efforts

Perform other duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager

Uphold the company motto of "Service, Integrity, and Reliability"

Requirements

High school diploma, GED or military equivalent

Ability to lift over 75lbs

Stamina to stand and walk for entire day

Must pass a pre-hire drug test

Must pass a pre-hire employment eligibility background test

Must have a clean driving record

Minimum of 18 years of age

Ability to work overtime when necessary
