Inside Sales Representative

CED is currently looking to add an Inside Salesperson to their team in Manchester, NH. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and sales. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities of the position include:

• Provides outstanding customer service to all current and potential customers, mainly via telephone and internet
• Writes orders with accuracy and in accordance to all sales policies and procedures
• Maintain current customer base
• Meet established monthly sales goals
• Communicates and cooperates with outside sales force and/or other departments
• Communicate process improvement ideas
• Timely follow-up on all customer orders, quotes, and materials
• Maintains up-to-date awareness with new and existing products and services

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, preferred
• OR equivalent years’ experience with business software like Microsoft’s suite of products.
• Two years’ industry specific experience, preferred
