We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Concrete Plant Laborer to join our team. This is a full-time position
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily concrete plant operations
- Keep the plant and work areas clean and organized
- Load and unload materials
- Perform general labor and maintenance tasks
- Operate hand and power tools as needed
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Assist plant operators and drivers when required
Qualifications:
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Construction or concrete industry experience is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Valid driver's license is required.
