Salary: $18-$21Job Title: Leave Coordinator Reports To: Leave Management ManagerWork Environment: Business Office Travel: None RequiredJob Summary:The primary responsibility of the Leave Coordinator for Consolidated Admin Services is to represent Consolidated Admin Services in communications and interactions with clients and participants, in-person, over the phone, virtually, and in writing. The Leave Coordinator supports Consolidated Admin Services leave management team with various account customer service activities, administrative functions, and special projects. The Leave Coordinator is an integral part of Consolidated Admin Services providing superior service to our clients and participants.Duties/Responsibilities:To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential function of the job satisfactorily. This includes but is not limited to the following:Represents CAS in a friendly and professional manner in-person, over the phone, and in writingCompletes all Software ToDos dailyTracks all intermittent and consecutive leavesAnswers and advises on leave-related participant communicationHandles escalated leave of absence participant concerns from Customer ServiceReads all documentation clearly and precisely for processingMakes appropriate notations within AbsenceSoft and ZohoEscalates any client and/or participant concerns to the Leave Specialist for review and correctionAnswers participant calls and handles follow-up leave callsMonitors and responds to leave management emails in a prompt and timely mannerMonitors leave management email and distributes emails to the appropriate leave management team membersProcess leave return mailCompletes all assigned Software ToDos dailyUses available resources to develop relevant knowledge and skillsMinimum Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelors degree preferredOne year of Customer Service experience with leave management experience preferredProficient experience with spreadsheets and/or bookkeeping software, data entry, word processing,e-mail management, and file managementExcellent communication skillsExcellent attention to detail skillsPresents a professional imageAbility to build rapport and collaborate with othersKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:To perform this job successfully, the individual must demonstrate the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the job.
