Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate daily delivery routes, ensuring optimal efficiency and on-time performance.
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery dates, time windows, and any special instructions.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are properly prepared, loaded, and documented.
- Operate forklifts and order pickers safely and efficiently to assist with loading, unloading, and organizing inventory.
- Monitor deliveries in progress and resolve any issues such as delays, damages, or incomplete orders.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, service requests, and inventory movement.
- Support the sales and operations teams with scheduling, inventory checks, and product availability updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and customer satisfaction standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to drive a forklift/order picker
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and email)
- Willingness to learn warehouse processes and inventory systems
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
