Food Service Supervisor-Full Time
A well-established healthcare organization is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of its Food & Nutrition Services department. The Food Service Supervisor is responsible for leading dietary staff, coordinating meal assembly and delivery, and ensuring exceptional food quality, safety, and service for residents and patients. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality service.
Qualified candidates will have an Associate's degree in Food Service Management or a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Service Management, or a related field, along with at least two years of supervisory experience in institutional or large-scale food service. Healthcare or long-term care experience is preferred, along with a strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, meal production, and team leadership.
Salary : $69,000 - $72,000
