Litigation Assistant

A growing national law firm is seeking an emerging Litigation Assistant to support a team of busy litigation attorneys. This role offers the chance to expand your administrative and litigation support skills while taking on responsibilities that align with a junior paralegal track. You will play a key role in trial preparation, including organizing trial binders, managing exhibits, preparing motions, and tracking critical deadlines.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of litigation support experience, communicates confidently, adapts quickly, and enjoys being a proactive partner to busy attorneys. This team is looking for someone eager to grow with their practice and contribute to a fast‑paced, high‑visibility caseload. The firm offers a hybrid 4/1 schedule after 90 days, competitive compensation, and frequent opportunities for overtime.

• Trial preparation and trial binder organization
• Formatting, proofreading, and preparing legal documents
• Opening new matters and drafting engagement letters
• Time-entry and expense management
