Responsibilities / Essential Functions

- Assist in coordinating daily purchase orders between job sites and vendors.
- Support the collection, tracking, and confirmation of purchase order (PO) acknowledgments.
- Monitor order status and help resolve delivery issues promptly.
- Help research and qualify potential vendors to expand sourcing options.
- Facilitate the movement of materials and equipment from the warehouse to job sites.
- Assist in organizing and managing overstock materials in the warehouse.
- Provide excellent customer service and timely communication to project teams regarding material needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple orders and deliveries.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with project teams and vendors.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of construction materials and procurement processes preferred.
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage time effectively.
- Proficient with basic computer applications (Excel, Word, email)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience or interest in construction materials procurement or related field preferred but not required.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
- Travel is primarily local during the business day with occasional out-of-state travel (less than 10%)
