Our client is seeking an associate to join their Energy Transactional practice group in their New York office. They seeking candidates with 2 to 8 years of project finance and development experience, including experience with tax equity and/or debt financing, ideally with renewable energy and/or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting and negotiating skills, teamwork skills, and the ability to independently manage some components of deals. This is an opportunity
to represent clients in a national renewable energy project finance and development practice and participate in sophisticated matters. Their deal teams are structured to allow associates to assume more responsibility and receive a high level of partner and client contact. Their group is comprised of team players who are supportive, flexible, and invested in helping associates develop throughout their career.The salary range for this position is $235,000 - $455,000 dependent on relevant years of experience. MUST have top AMLAW firm experience.
