Corporate M&A Associate (Legal)

Our client is searching for a Corporate Associate with 2 to 8 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience representing control-oriented private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a broad range of transactional matters, including platform acquisitions, add-on investments, dispositions, joint ventures, and minority investments. Candidates should be adept at managing multiple aspects of complex transactions, including structuring, due diligence, drafting and negotiating purchase and investment agreements, and coordinating deal execution. Must

possess strong negotiating and drafting skills, excellent analytical and writing abilities, and a practical, business-oriented approach to problem-solving. Candidates must have at least two years of corporate experience at an Am Law 100 firm representing private equity sponsors.
