Overview
Meters Scheduling and Logistics Specialist will oversee meters work order process for a portfolio based on an assigned geographical region. The SNL will act as lead Meters Point-of-Contact for Property and Regional Contacts as well as Field Technicians (both in-house and subcontractors) for all work orders in their region.
Responsibilities
- Serves as primary scheduler in a specific geographic region.
- Responsible for the entire work order process for maintenance properties in the assigned region.
- Responsible for scheduling work orders for non-maintenance properties in the assigned region.
- Responsible for managing the Technician resources in their specific area. Works directly with Technicians and Subcontractors to organize work from Conservice (work orders and Installs).
- Responsible for ensuring all Gold properties are visited each quarter.
- Responsible for scheduling all Revenue work orders and Construction work in a timely manner and following up with respective team members involved daily.
- Responsible for efficiency in scheduling. Will map out the most efficient routes each day and ensure all work is completed in an efficient manner.
- The Meters Scheduler will develop a relationship with the technical resources and know work habits, skill level, vacation schedule, traffic patterns, etc., to ensure the best possible scheduling results.
- The Meters Scheduler will be client facing and will be their individual scheduling each work order with the site. They will develop a relationship with the site staff so that they are familiar with the site staff, resources, work hours, work constraints, challenges (such as plumbing issues or escort issues) and be able to plan in advance to accommodate clients and ensure work is completed effectively and efficiently. They will update community notes information in Yoda as needed to reflect any site related challenges.
- The Meters Scheduler will work from their assigned region work list, meet scheduling efficiency goals and escalate to TL as needed if work orders are needed.
- The Meter Scheduler will be responsible for following up to the sites regarding delayed scheduling confirmations or work orders needed and will escalate to the Meter Expert Team or Account Management as needed.
- The Meters Scheduler will review each work order and follow up with the technician and warehouse to ensure all equipment is on hand and ready for the upcoming work.

- Met SOE for 2 of last 3 months
- Proven record of exceptional communication, time management, and ownership/accountability.
