JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an Electrical BIM Modeler with 2 years of experience to deliver high-quality BIM models, coordinate project standards, and ensure seamless collaboration for international building projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and manage advanced electrical BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.
Create and update BIM manuals, project standards, and parametric families.
Generate precise electrical drawings and interdisciplinary coordination models.
Maintain version control, conduct quality checks, and ensure accurate project documentation.
Resolve project-level BIM issues and collaborate with stakeholders for effective delivery.
Mentor junior team members and support productivity improvements.
Facilitate smooth coordination among architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for electrical system modeling.
Strong skills in creating advanced parametric families and BIM documentation.
In-depth understanding of electrical systems and BIM standards.
Experience developing and enforcing project BIM standards and manuals.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
