What are the responsibilities and job description for the LCSW/ LMHC - Part-time - Remote/ Hybrid Therapist for Private Practice position at Conscious Psychotherapy, LCSW, P.C.?
Per Hour Rate is actually per session rate. The rate range is $50 -$90.
This position can be fully remote or hybrid (half remote/half in-office).
Increase in compensation considered and typically given after a year of effective service!
Fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker's (LCSW) & Fully Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)'s ONLY
Duties:
- Maintain professional license to practice in the state of NY.
- Provide psychotherapy to vetted clients.
- Establish and maintain timely clinical case records, including, but not limited to psychological intakes, treatment plans, progress notes and risk assessments in compliance with provided billing and claims management.
- Contact and vet referrals, providing consultations if needed.
- Establish client appointments and manage scheduling of client sessions.
Skills:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor, in the state of NY.
- Previous experience providing psychotherapy preferred. Experience in private practice a plus.
This is a great for any clinician who wants to work in private practice without having to deal with the business aspect! You set the appointments with your clients, do all required paperwork and that's it! We take care of the rest!

- We provide client referrals, assistance with posting a Psychology Today profile and guidance for any questions along the way.
- We have a nice centrally located office for you to see clients in if you would like to see them in-person.
The schedule is very flexible and is at your discretion with client consistency in mind.
Candidates are strongly encouraged to try and maintain a minimum caseload of 15 clients.
This position requires at least one evening (can be remote).
