Position Summary
We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to fuel our growth by generating net new business opportunities. In this hybrid hunter-and-support role, you’ll split your time between outbound prospecting — cold calling, email outreach, and social selling — and providing hands-on sales support to our Account Executives. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, qualifying leads, booking meetings, and helping to build a healthy, growing pipeline. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role designed for someone who wants to launch a career in technology sales and grow into an Account Executive.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & New Business Generation
• Execute high-volume outbound cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to targeted prospect lists.
• Identify, research, and qualify net new business opportunities within assigned territories and verticals.
• Set qualified meetings and product demos, respond to quote and RFP requests with timely proposals and quotations, with success based criteria around exceeding weekly and monthly activity and pipeline target goals.
• Develop a deep understanding of ConRes’s solutions (AI, cloud, security, modern workplace, managed services) to effectively engage prospects and communicate value.
• Leverage sales tools (CRM, sales engagement platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.) to build prospect lists and manage outreach cadences.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all prospecting activity, conversations, and pipeline status in the CRM.
Inside Sales Support
• Partner with Account Executives to support existing opportunities and move deals from quote to close.
• Use NetSuite to build and manage customer quotes, process purchase orders, and track opportunities through the full sales cycle.
• Create and maintain accurate contact and account records in NetSuite, ensuring data integrity across the customer lifecycle.
• Track orders through fulfillment and coordinate updates with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve order status inquiries and questions.
• Assist with pricing requests, product research, and vendor coordination across our partner ecosystem.
• Support the sales team with reporting, documentation, and general administrative tasks.
