We are looking for an exceptional Floor Manager with a POSITIVE can-do-attitude, at least 2 years' experience in Hospitality Management, and an individual who is passionate about the industry, delivering exceptional customer experience, working with a high-level of integrity.
The Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the restaurant floor to ensure smooth service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This position requires a blend of strong customer service skills, leadership abilities, and knowledge of restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience Management:
Ensure guests are seated promptly and have a pleasant dining experience.
Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor the overall atmosphere of the restaurant, making sure it remains welcoming and comfortable.
Staff Supervision:
Oversee front-of-house staff (food runners, servers, hosts, bussers, bartenders) to ensure they are following proper protocols.
Provide guidance, motivation, and support to the team throughout their shifts.
Conduct training for newly hired food runners and bussers and ongoing staff development to maintain high service standards.
Schedule and organize food runner and busser shifts to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
Operational Oversight:
Monitor the flow of the restaurant, ensuring that tables are turned efficiently without compromising the quality of service.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, restrooms, and common areas.
Inventory and Supplies Management:
Ensure that necessary supplies (menus, utensils, condiments, etc.) are stocked and readily available.
Work with the management team to order and restock supplies as needed.
Financial Management:
Assist in managing costs, such as labor and operational expenses, by tracking employee hours and keeping an eye on the restaurant’s overall budget.
Monitor cash handling and assist with Toast system operations.

Skills and Qualifications:
Customer Service Excellence: Ability to handle difficult situations with grace and maintain a positive, professional demeanor under pressure. Maintaining professional relationships with the staff.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate staff while fostering a cooperative and efficient work environment.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with staff and guests.
Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to address issues as they arise, whether it's a customer complaint, staffing issue, or operational challenge.
Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry (e.g., server, host, bartender) is often required, along with knowledge of food service operations.
