Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving drinks, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your role will be crucial in providing an enjoyable experience for our guests and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and Serve Beverages: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Ensure all drinks are presented neatly and consistently.

• Customer Service: Greet customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Address any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

• Maintain Bar Area: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked. This includes washing glassware, restocking supplies, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.

• Check Identification: Verify the age of customers to ensure that they are of legal drinking age. Follow all laws and regulations related to alcohol service.

• Handle Payments: Process cash and credit transactions accurately, ensuring proper change is given. Keep a record of tabs and close out checks as needed.

• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other bar staff, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent service. Communicate effectively to manage busy periods and special events.

• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies and checking for wastage. Report any discrepancies or shortages to the management.

• Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of alcohol. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including regular sanitation practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous bartending experience preferred but not required. On-the-job training may be provided.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to50 lbs. Must be able to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
