Conrad Mortgage is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new mortgage opportunities through outbound calling.
This role focuses on contacting homeowners from purchased lead data, identifying financing opportunities, and connecting qualified prospects with our loan officers.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys high-volume outbound sales and wants to build a long-term career in the mortgage industry.
Unlike traditional call center environments, you will not be one of dozens of people dialing phones in cubicles. This is the dedicated outbound sales role within our office, working directly alongside loan officers and leadership to generate new business.
Your conversations directly create opportunities that lead to funded loans.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to homeowners using purchased lead data
- Start conversations about refinance or mortgage opportunities
- Identify qualified prospects and borrower needs
- Set appointments or transfer qualified calls directly to loan officers
- Track conversations and activity in the CRM
- Maintain consistent outbound call activity and pipeline generation
Compensation
This role includes base pay plus commissions tied to funded loans generated from your conversations.
Typical earnings for successful representatives range from:
$80,000 – $120,000 annually
High performers can exceed this range as their pipeline grows.
