And because this is a boutique practice, your voice carries weight — your ideas influence design decisions, client conversations, and project outcomes.

- Lead structural design and analysis for mid-rise and high-rise new-build projects across NYC (gain visibility on landmark work).
- Produce structural calculations, models, and drawings in concrete and steel using ETABS, SAP2000, RAM, RISA, or similar (sharpen core technical skillsets).
- Coordinate directly with architects, MEP, geotechnical, and construction teams (boost your client-facing confidence and collaboration skills).
- Support DOB submissions, technical reports, and construction phase reviews (build your regulatory and site exposure).
- Contribute to internal design standards and have a voice in how the practice evolves (benefit from true influence in a boutique setup).
- Mentored directly by senior leadership with a clear path to PE/SE support and advancement.
What You’ll Bring
- 4–7 years of Structural Engineering experience.
- Strong foundation in NYC building codes and concrete/steel design.
- Proficiency in industry software (ETABS, SAP2000, RAM, RISA, Revit preferred).
- Experience with new-build structures, ideally mid-rise or high-rise.
- Ambition, curiosity, and a desire to grow within a fast-advancing boutique environment.
