Strategic Partnerships Development Manager

This design-build firm is hiring a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager to strengthen relationships and expand its client base across the dental and veterinary sectors. This team provides fully integrated planning, design, and construction services—meaning you’ll be helping clients turn their vision into a functional, purpose-built space from concept through completion.

This is a Tampa-based hybrid role, with flexibility to work fully remote or on-site as preferred.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and manage new client relationships in the dental and veterinary industries
• Partner closely with in-house designers and builders to align client goals with project delivery
• Guide clients through early planning conversations, helping “translate” their operational needs into facility solutions
• Lead outreach and presentations that showcase the company’s design-build expertise
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to identify new market opportunities

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in dental or veterinary sales, marketing, or client relations
• Proven record of success in business development and account growth
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• An interest in design, construction, or facility planning is a plus—training will be provided

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary between $80,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience
• Additional commission opportunities tied to business development performance
