What You’ll Do:
- Lead Projects – Deliver structural designs for commercial, residential, healthcare, and institutional buildings.
- Mentor Engineers – Review work, provide guidance, and uphold quality.
- Engage Clients – Partner with architects, contractors, and owners.
- Apply Technical Depth – Design in steel, concrete, wood, and masonry using ETABS, RAM, RISA, and Revit.
- Drive Growth – Contribute to proposals and business development across South Florida.
What You Bring:
- 10 years of structural engineering experience
- Florida PE (or ability to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of FBC, IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI
- Confident communicator and collaborative leader
