What You’ll Do:

• Lead Projects – Deliver structural designs for commercial, residential, healthcare, and institutional buildings.
• Mentor Engineers – Review work, provide guidance, and uphold quality.
• Engage Clients – Partner with architects, contractors, and owners.
• Apply Technical Depth – Design in steel, concrete, wood, and masonry using ETABS, RAM, RISA, and Revit.
• Drive Growth – Contribute to proposals and business development across South Florida.

What You Bring:

• 10 years of structural engineering experience
• Florida PE (or ability to obtain)
• Strong knowledge of FBC, IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI
• Confident communicator and collaborative leader
