What you'll be doing:
- Leading structural projects from concept through construction administration
- Overseeing drawings, calculations, and technical specifications
- Coordinating with architects and multidisciplinary design teams
- Managing project scope, schedules, and deliverables
- Performing and reviewing seismic and lateral system design
- Serving as a primary client contact throughout project delivery
- Mentoring junior engineers and supporting team development
What we're looking for:
- PE license required (SE preferred)
- 7 years of structural engineering experience
- Strong background in structural analysis and building design
- Experience with seismic and lateral systems
- Proficiency in ETABS, RISA, RAM, Enercalc, and Revit
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
