We are currently seeking a Client Support Specialist I who is not only proficient within UKG Ready, but someone who can use their expertise to troubleshoot and solve HRIS system supporting payroll with precision. This role focuses on multi-client support and multi-state payroll assistance, so you’ll be working across different company setups, state requirements, and system configurations regularly. Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary support contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to payroll processing, time keeping, general ledger, reporting, and other client transactional work.
- Support and contribute personally to ensure accurate and timely processing of all aspects of multi-state payrolls across a diverse client base.
- Respond with urgency and professionalism to direct client requests (phone/email) as well as incoming support tickets.
- Maintain strong working relationships and build client rapport through timely, thorough, and clear communication.
- Prioritize and coordinate resolution of issues by utilizing technical knowledge and effectively engaging with appropriate internal and external resources across functional areas.
- Assist with system wide reconfiguration initiatives and updates for existing clients.
- Support process improvement programs and activities.
- Collaborate closely with the HRIS team to ensure ongoing knowledge sharing and consistent system administration.
