The Connie Home LLC Activities Coordinator Provides professional leadership in organizing, administering, and evaluating a creative activities program. Provide an ongoing program of activities designed to meet, in accordance with the comprehensive assessments, and the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each client.
